针对近年来出现的高校培养与市场需求不对称的局面,在构建IE毕业生就业能力指标体系的基础上,应用QFD方法构建就业能力——教学环节质量屋,并根据教学环节对应用型IE人才能力的贡献度对课程进行分类管理,为完善教学应用型高校IE专业的培养体系提供理论和实际指导。

In view of the situation that education of the universities can not match the demands of the employing market in recent years, on the basis of constructing the index system of employment ability of IE graduates, the QFD method is used to construct the employability——teaching link quality house. And the course are classified based on the construction of the teaching links to the ability of applied of IE talents, which provides theoretical and practical guidance for perfecting the cultivation system of IE major in applied and applied universities.
