摘要
激光加工技术属于先进制造技术,它的飞速发展使得其在制造业中的作用越来越重。本文介绍了在工程训练中引入激光加工技术的可行性和必要性,以激光内雕、激光雕刻、激光打标及综合实训项目为例,介绍了如何开展激光加工实训,分析现代工程实训教学模式的发展,重点探讨了如何在所设课程中既能提高学生兴趣、学生自主设计能力,又能强化工程能力培养,增强学生工程意识,得到较好实训教学效果。对实训教学改革具有一定的借鉴。
As an advanced manufacturing technology, the rapid development of laser processing technology makes it increasingly important in manufacturing. This article describes the feasibility and necessity of introducing laser processing technology in engineering training. Taking laser-micro-engraving, laser carving, laser marking and comprehensive training programs for example to introduce how to develop laser processing training. The development of modern engineering training teaching model is analyzed and it is emphatically discussed that how to not only improve students' interest and the autonomous design ability in the established course, but also enhance the training of engineering practice ability and students' awareness of engineering to get better teaching effect. It has a certain reference significance to practical training teaching reform.
