武汉市雄楚大道BRT乘客满意度评价

Evaluation on BRT Passenger Satisfaction of Xiongchu Avenue in Wuhan

城市公共交通是现代城市向外展示自身形象的重要"窗口"之一,2016年年底,作为武汉市雄楚大道改造工程之一的雄楚大道BRT快速公交正式投入运营。本文应用层次分析法(AHP)的基本理论,建立评价指标体系,以此为评价因子构建层次结构模型,对武汉市雄楚大道BRT的运营状况进行评价,发现其在运营管理中所存在的问题,提出一些可行的解决办法,为政府及相关部门提供一定的决策参考。

Public traffic is one of the important ＂windows＂ for modern city to exhibit self-image to the outside world. In the end of2016, Xiongchu Blvd BRT（bus rapid transit）, which is one of the xiongchu Blvd modification works, has been operated formally. The authors use the fundamental theory of AHP（analytic hierarchy process） to set up the evaluating indicator system. Then building the hierarchical structure model through the system to assess the operation situation of xiongchu Blvd BRT and find the problems while it has been managed and operated. Also, authors come up with some feasible solutions in order to offer some decision references for the government and relevant departments.
