摘要
在项目的建设过程中,风险无处不在,要做好项目的风险管理,找到项目的风险因素是其中的重要环节。而在众多的风险因素中,如何找出并抓住关键因素,又是做好项目风险管理的重要前提。本文介绍了项目风险的特点、风险管理的过程,并结合某工程项目实例,运用层次分析法对项目进行风险评价,找出重要风险因素并进行有效控制,最终实现对项目的有效管理。
In the project construction process, risk is everywhere. To do the project risk management well, it is important to find the project risk factors. How to locate and seize the key factor in various risk factors is an important prerequisite to good project risk management. This article describes the characteristics of project risks and the risk management process, and uses AHP for risk assessment to identify important risk factors and carries out effective control, combined with practical project, and ultimately achieves effective project management.
