摘要
压裂车是油田的重要工程车辆,能够完成压裂增产的工作,压裂车主要由底盘,台上发动机,变速箱,高压泵组成。结合压裂车的实际使用情况,优化变速箱换挡控制,采用模糊控制设计,提高系统的整体性能。
Fracturing truck is an important engineering vehicle, which can complete the work of fracturing stimulation. Fracturing truck is mainly composed of chassis, engine, transmission, high pressure pump. Combined with the actual use of the fracturing truck, the shift control of the gearbox is optimized, and the fuzzy control design is adopted to improve the overall performance of the system.
