本文通过对老年公寓实例从选址、规模、空间形式、套内设置等方面进行分析,尝试归纳台湾地区老年公寓规划与设计的特点和方法。

This paper tries to generalize the features and methods of the planning and the design of apartments for the elderly in Taiwan Province, through analyzing examples from these perspectives： site selection, scale, space form and room set.
