摘要
由于圆柱螺纹量规应用非常广泛,对其中径值的检测显得尤为重要。本文主要介绍了SJ5200螺纹综合测量机测量螺纹环规中径的原理,通过型号为M24×3-6g Z螺纹环规中径的测量实例阐述了该仪器测量中径的具体操作过程,展现了该仪器的测量优势。
As the application of cylindrical thread gauge is very wide, the diameter of the detection is particularly important. This paper introduces measurement on pitch diameter of cylindrical threaded ring gauges based on SJ5200-thread integrated measuring machine. By measuring pitch diameter of model M24 ×3-6g Z cylindrical threaded ring gauges the specific operation process is introduced. It demonstrates the measurement advantages of SJ5200- thread integrated measuring machine.
