基于TRIZ的缩短改性沥青发育时间的研究应用

摘要 针对改性沥青发育时间长、生产成本高、产品质量不稳定等问题,采用基于TRIZ理论的缩短改性发育时间创新设计技术路线,提出了应用"九屏幕法"寻找解决思路,通过成本、维护和有用功能三个维度对七个方案进行价值评价,最终选用了方案七和方案四对原有改性沥青生产工艺进行优化改进,有效缩短了产品发育时间,节约了能耗,同时提高了产品延度和膜后延度指标。 Aiming at the problems such as long development time, high production cost and unstable product quality of modified asphalt, a new design method for shortening the development time based on TRIZ theory is proposed. It puts forward the application of "nine screen method" to find the solution, and carries out value evaluation of the seven schemes through three dimensions of cost, maintenance and useful function. Finally, the scheme seven and scheme four are used to optimize the original modified asphalt production process, which can effectively shorten the product development time, save energy consumption and improve the product extension and the film post ductility index.
