党的组织生活质量关系到基层党员整体素质的提升和基层党组织的建设水平。在新形势下,党员在知识结构、思想意识等方面也发生了很大的变化,传统封闭性、单一性和形式化的组织生活内容、形式已逐步不能满足要求,主题·合作·分享式教学模式在组织生活中应用,可强化学生党员的主体性和参与性,锻炼学生党员综合素质,提升组织生活应有的活力和吸引力。

Application on the new model of ＂Theme and Cooperation and Sharing＂in the regular activities of the party organization of college student party members, can strengthen the student party member＇s subjectivity and participation, can exercise the student party members＇ comprehensive quality, can enhance the vitality and attraction of the regular activities of the party organization.
