提升互联网时代大学生就业创业能力课程体系改革研究

近十年来中国就业问题受国际金融危机的影响日益突出,今年高校毕业生人数达756万创历史新高,再加上今年经济下行压力仍然较大,被称为"最难就业季",此就业形势无疑造成大学生就业形势更加严峻。大学生就业创业主要面临着期望值和现实之间落差太大、知识不实用、缺少经验、就业机会减少等多方面困难,而这些原因间接说明了大学生在校期间就业创业的准备工作没有做好,要解决这一问题的关键在于人才培养模式课程体系的构建与实施,因此,课程体系改革的一个重要目标就是如何提升网络时代大学生的就业创业能力,这也正是本文要研究的重点内容。

In the past ten years China employment problem affected by the international financial crisis has become increasingly prominent. The number of college graduates this year has reached a record high of 756 housand, and the downtown pressure on the economy this year is still large, known as ＂the most difficult employment season＂ whose employment situation has undoubtedly caused college students employment situation more severe. College students＇ employment and entrepreneurship mainly faces these difficulties such as large gap between expectation and reality, the unpractical knowledge, lack of experience, the reduction of employment opportunities and other difficulties, and this indirectly shows the college students＇ employment and entrepreneurship is not well prepared. The key to solving this problem lies in the construction and implementation of talent cultivation mode curriculum system. Therefore, an important goal of curriculum reform is how to improve the employment and entrepreneurship ability of college students in the network era, which is also the key content of this research.
