摘要
苏里格气田低产积液气井逐年增多,暴露出气井临界携液能力下降和集输系统压力高影响气井正常生产的问题。鉴于此,以气井临界携液流量计算和气井流入流出曲线分析为理论指导,开展了气井低压低产阶段同步回转增压排水工艺技术研究。对比了回转式压缩机、螺杆压缩机和往复压缩机的优缺点,分析了井口增压工艺和气举复产工艺的对气井生产的影响,并通过现场丛式井组单井增压试验,分别针对节流器生产井和无阻生产井的动态变化和增产效果进行了分析评价,指出同步回转增压工艺具有向干管增压和多级增压方向推广的优势,进而降低气井废弃压力,延长气井生产时间,提高气井最终采收率。研究结果对苏里格气田开发后期增压开采具有重要指导意义。
With the increase of the low production liquid accumulation gas wells in Sulige gas field each year, the issues of the decreased critical liquid carrying capacity of gas wells and the high pressure of gathering and trans-portation system have been exposed, which affects the normal production of gas wells. In view of this, the calcula-tion of critical liquid carrying capacity of gas well and the analysis of the inflow and outflow curves of gas well are used as theoretical guidance, the synchronous rotating boosting drainage technology applied in the low pressure and low production stage of gas well has been studied. The advantages and disadvantages of the rotating compressor, the screw compressor and the reciprocating compressor have been compared, and the effects of the wellhead boos-ting process and gas lift recovery process on the gas well production have been analyzed. The dynamic changes and the stimulation perlormance of the production wells with llow regulator and the non-restricted production wells have been analyzed through the on-site boosting test on the single well of the cluster wells. It is pointed out that the syn-chronous rotating boosting technology has the promoting advantage of the main pipe boosting and multistage boos-ting, thus reducing the abandonment pressure, extending the production time and improving the ultimate recovery rate of gas wells. The study results have great signilicance to the boosting production of Sulige gas lield.
