中等强度有氧运动对2型糖尿病周围神经病变患者生活质量影响的研究

Effect of Moderate Intensity Aerobic Exercise on Quality of Life in Population with Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy in Type 2 Diabetes

目的:本研究旨在评估8周有氧运动对2型糖尿病周围神经病变患者生活质量的影响。方法:选取临床上患有2型糖尿病周围神经病变的患者作为研究对象。随机分为2个组,一组进行为期8周的中等强度有氧运动干预(n=40),另一组为对照组(n=47)。采用重复测量单因素方差分析对数据进行处理,P<0.05为有统计学意义。结果:经过8周中等强度有氧运动干预后,两组患者的密歇根糖尿病神经病变得分(MDNS)及神经病变生活质量(NQOL)具有统计学差异。具体来说,两组患者的疼痛评分、感觉症状评分、日常生活活动受限、社会关系评分、具体生活质量评分、整体生活质量评分以及MQOL总评分均存在明显的差异。结论:中等强度的有氧运动有助于改善2型糖尿病周围神经病变患者的生活质量(NQOL)。

Objective： To evaluate the effect of 8-week exercise on neuropathy quality of life in type 2 diabetes. Methods： People with type 2 diabetes were eligible for the study if they had clinical neuropathy which was defined by the Michigan diabetic neuropathy score. Following which, the patients were randomly assigned to an 8-week program by a computer-generated random number tables to intervention or control group. Repeated measure analysis of variance was used for data analysis. Results： There were 47 participants in the control groupand 40 participants in the study group after randomization. The two groups had a significant difference, pre-post intervention in scores of pain, sensory symptoms, restricted activities of daily living, disruptions in social relationships, specific impact on quality of life overall quality of life, and total score. Conclusion： Aerobic exercise is cornerstone in improving the quality of life of individuals with peripheral neuropathy in type 2 diabetes.
