对长沙、湘潭、株洲的485个家庭进行问卷调查,运用方差分析法,探寻不同生命周期的家庭参与家庭休闲体育的参与动机和阻碍因素。结果显示:所处的生命周期不同家庭休闲体育的参与动机中,除精神动机无显著性差异外,身体动机,老年期和子女结婚期得分较高,与子女婴幼儿期和新婚期组别之间有非常显著性差异;交往动机,新婚期和老年期得分较高,与子女婴幼儿组别之间有显著性差异;成就动机,新婚期得分较高,与老年期和子女结婚期组别之间有非常显著性差异;所处不同的生命周期家庭休闲体育的参与阻碍中,个人性阻碍,子女婴幼儿期和子女教育期得分较高,与子女成年期和子女结婚期组别之间有非常显著性差异;人际性阻碍,子女教育期和子女婴幼儿期得分较高,与老年期组别之间有显著性差异;结构性阻碍,老年期和子女婴幼儿得分较高,与子女结婚期组别之间有非常显著性差异。
