摘要
利用《中国公民健康素养调查问卷》、《运动行为态度量表》进行抽样调查,对150名高职生健康素养和运动行为态度进行测试分析评估,实施7周的运动干预,以实验对照分析的方法来研究运动干预与健康素养各维度之间的相互关系,探讨运动干预对高职生健康素养的影响途径和力度。结果表明:(1)高职生健康素养整体偏低,有待提升。(2)高职生运动行为态度方面表现较为消极,良好的运动行为态度有助于提升健康素养。(3)运动干预能正向引导高职生健康素养行为,针对性运动干预的效果明显。(4)运动行为的各维度对健康素养影响的地位不一,运动行为自主程度越高,越可正向引导健康素养的提升。
Use ―Chinese citizens' health literacy questionnaire‖, ―sports behavior attitude questionnaire sampling survey, of 150 health literacy of higher vocational students and sports behavior attitude test evaluation, the implementation of 7 weeks of sports intervention, with the method of experimental contrast analysis to study sports intervention and the relationship between health literacy all dimensions, while sports intervention's influence on the Higher vocational students health literacy way and strength. The results showed that: 1 Higher vocational students overall low health literacy, to ascend. 2 Higher vocational students sports behavior performance a more negative attitude, good sports behavior attitude helps to improve health literacy. 3 sports intervention behavior positively guide students health literacy, targeted physical intervention effect is obvious. 4 sports behavior of different dimensions have different impact on the health literacy status, the sports behavior of autonomous degree is higher, the more can positively guide the promotion of health literacy.
