摘要
从健美操基础知识、创新内容、教学实践、教学技能、指导技巧、教学方法等方面重新整合健美操整体教学框架,应用"支架式"教学模式优化健美操教学过程,对教学实验结果进行对比,得出支架式教学模式下高校健美操教学更加科学、合理,能充分发挥教师的主导作用,体现学生的主体地位,学生的学习兴趣、自主能力、协作能力及健美操实践能力比传统教学班得到了更大的提升。
From the aspects of basic knowledge of aerobics, innovational content, teaching practice, teaching skills, coaching techniques and teaching methods, the thesis rearranges the overall teaching framework of Aerobics; optimizes the Aerobics teaching process with the Teaching Model of Scaffolding Instruction; after comparing the teaching experimental results, the following results can be found that the Aerobics teaching can become more scientific and reasonable under the Teaching Model of Scaffolding Instruction, under which teachers' leading role and students' main body effect can be brought into full play; students' interest, ability of independent learning, collaborative ability and Aerobics practice ability can all be greatly improved than traditional common class.
