摘要
分别从脱扣器设计、电子控制电路设计、软件设计的角度,阐述了一种欠压脱扣器的实现方法。保护电路设计采用峰值保护方法,即通过硬件电路实时监控外部交流电压的瞬时值,从而实现了MOS管的过压、过流保护。控制程序依托一定的电压采样以及数据处理方法,得到外部电压值,根据此电压值进行脱扣器状态的切换和维持。该设计为欠压脱扣器设计提供了一种技术解决方案。
Respectively from tripping device design, electronic control circuit design, software design point of view,this paper expounds the method to realize an under voltage tripping device. Protection circuit design with peak protection method, in particular by hardware circuit for real-time monitoring of external ac voltage instantaneous value. The MCU gives the command directly for shielding, disability MOS drive signal if beyond a certain range, so as to realize the overvoltage and overcurrent protection on MOSFET. Control program based on a certain voltage sampling and data processing method, the external voltage accurately the actual numerical value, and then after processing, such as data correction filtering for external voltage value, according to the voltage value to the state of the trip switch and maintain. The design for under voltage tripping device design provides a technical solution.
