基于正交试验的磁谐振无线电能传输系统的磁耦合结构优化

摘要 针对缺乏精确的线圈交流损耗解析模型的现况,将正交试验方法应用于磁谐振无线电能传输系统的磁耦合结构优化。在Ansoft软件平台上,以效率系数最大为优化目标,先分析结构参数间的相互影响,再通过少量的代表性仿真试验找到一组较优的结构参数。仿真与试验表明,正交试验法的效率系数和最大传输效率比常用的线圈优化方法分别提高12%和4%,验证了其优越性。 According to the lack of a precise analytical model of losses in windings carrying alternative current,a method based on orthogonal experiments was proposed in the optimization of magnetic coupling structure in a magnetic resonant wireless power transfer system.On the platform of Ansoft,interactions among several geometrical parameters are analyzed first,then,with the goal of maximizing the efficiency coefficient,a group of optimized parameters are obtained after a small amount of representative simulations.Finally,on the basis of simulations and experiments,a comparison verifying the superiority of the proposed method was made,where the efficiency coefficient and maximum efficiency increase by 12% and 4% respectively.
