摘要
针对船舶结构安全监测系统中结构监测点的布置进行研究,提出了基于风险的船体结构监测点布置方法。通过考虑环境载荷下的结构失效、结构失效后对于船体总纵强度的影响以及传感器不同布置形式下有效监测率等因素确定结构监测风险值,并以此为衡准进行船体结构监测点的选取。通过与传统方法得到的监测点布置结果相对比,分析监测点选取结果差异的原因,并说明了基于风险的监测点布置方法的合理性以及提高船舶结构整体监测可靠性的优势。
The layout of structure monitoring points is an important factor in ship-structure safety monitoring systems. In order to increase the efficiency of structure monitoring,we propose a method for selecting the structure monito-ring points. Based on risk assessment,this method considers factors such as structural failure under wave loads, structural failure’s influence on hull longitudinal strength,and monitoring effectiveness under different sensor ar-rangements. We calculated the structural monitoring risk for each structure monitoring point,and we analyzed dif-ferent monitoring point positions compared with the results of the traditional selection method. The results demon-strate the advantage of improving hull-structure monitoring reliability by this method. We also verify the rationality of this layout method for monitoring points.
