摘要
铝熔炼炉是典型的周期式高温熔炼设备,通过数值模拟软件,对圆形蓄热式铝熔炼炉炉内流场进行了模拟计算,分析了炉膛内的气流分布情况。铝熔炼炉4种烧嘴组合工作方式下,均能在炉内形成循环方向一致的气流,铝液表面气流平均速率在6.8 m/s^8.2 m/s范围内;相对2个烧嘴工作时气流高速区范围较大,有利于炉内气体对铝料的传热。
Aluminum melting furnace is of periodic high temperature melting facility. Through numerical simulation software,the paper presented analog computation for flow field inside the furnace,and it analyzed air flow distribution inside the hearth. With combination of four types of burners,air flow was formed in the same direction of circulation,with average flow velocity reaching 6. 8 m / s ~ 8. 2 m / s on the surface of aluminum melt. Compared with the work condition with two burners,the range for high- speed air flow was wider,facilitating heat transfer to aluminum by the air inside the furnace.
