Control and Main Functional Extension of Vertical Edger of Copper Hot Rolling Mill

根据铜热轧机的设计思路,对轧边辊的控制与使用进行介绍,并根据实际生产过程中的经验积累,对轧边辊的功能扩展进行研究。利用轧边辊不同的控制方法,达到较好的带材边部控制效果和有效的生产辅助功能。

Based on the design of copper hot rolling mill,and combined with experience gained from actual production,the paper presented control and use,as well as functional extension of the vertical edger. The paper pointed out that improved performance in strip edge control and effective auxiliary function in production could be achieved using different control methods of the vertical edger.
