红花组分抗肿瘤作用机制研究进展

Research progress of anti-tumor effect and mechanism of safflower

恶性肿瘤逐渐成为危害人类生命健康的最重要疾病之一。传统化疗、放疗副作用较大,手术治疗容易复发等,因此从天然物质中寻找安全有效、副作用小的抗癌药物成为近年来的研究热点。研究发现,中药红花具有活血通经、祛瘀止痛的作用,其抗肿瘤主要成分为红花黄色素、羟基红花黄色素A及红花多糖等,本文就红花组分抗肿瘤作用机制综述如下。

The malignant tumor has become one of the most important diseases endangering human health and life.However,the traditional chemotherapy and radiotherapy side effects are strong,and the operation is easy to relapse and generate other defects.Therefore,it has been a hot topic to find safer,more effective and less side effects anticancer drugs from natural substances in recent years.The study found that safflower could promote blood circulation,remove blood stasis and relieve pain,and the main components of the anti-tumor were safflower yellow pigment,hydroxysafflor yellow A and safflower polysaccharide.In this paper,the anti-tumor effect and the mechanism of safflower were reviewd.
