摘要
修建性详细规划为低碳工业园厂区施工建设提供更为直接和具体的规划指导。基于分层、指导要素、过程3个层面,探讨了低碳工业园厂区修规的作用机理,并结合低碳工业园厂区的建设特点和企业发展目标,总结归纳其修规的指导要素。提出了5个厂区修规指导路径:模块化厂区总平面布置,开放复合的道路交通组织方案设计,分类的低碳工业建筑设计指导,多层次的厂区景观绿化布置,集约、高效、节能的厂区管线布置,为指导厂区的各项工程低碳建设实施、低碳工业园厂区修规设计优化提供依据。
Site plan can provide a more straight and specific guidance for the construction of low carbon industrial park.Based on three aspects-stratification,guiding elements and processes,the paper sought out the mechanism of site plan and summarized the factors for guide lines by combining the construction characteristics and the goal of enterprise development.Therefore,a full set of site plans guide lines from five districts can be drawn,including a modular general arrangement,a composite open design for road traffic organization,a classified design guidance as well as an intensive,efficient and energy saving pipeline layout.Thus a guidance for low carbon construction of different projects can be formed,and the basis for optimizing the site plan be provided.
