污泥烧结页岩多孔砖砌体弯曲抗拉性能 被引量:1

摘要 为研究污泥烧结页岩多孔砖的弯曲抗拉性能,分别对4种普通水泥砂浆砌筑的36个沿通缝和36个沿齿缝的标准砌体试件进行弯曲抗拉试验研究。结果表明,污泥烧结页岩多孔砖砌体沿通缝和齿缝的弯曲抗拉强度均随砂浆强度的提高而增长。通过对试验数据的回归分析,提出了污泥烧结页岩多孔砖砌体沿通缝和齿缝的弯曲抗拉强度平均值计算公式,可供污泥烧结页岩多孔砖砌体设计参考。 In order to study the bending tensile strength of sludge sintered shale perforated brick masonry,standard-brick masonry specimens,4 kinds of cement mortar,36 used for test bending tensile strength along the dentate mortar joint and 36 for the linear joint were tested.The results show that both the strength along the dentate mortar joint and the linear joint are increased with the cement mortar strength improved.The bending tensile strength calculation formula for the masonry along the dentate mortar joint and the linear joint are suggested after regression analysis of test results was conducted,which can be a reference for the structure design of sludge sintered shale perforated brick masonry.
