大学生与雇主的学业、就业、创业观:共识与差异——基于两组全国性调查数据的比较分析

Perceptions of Study Effect,Employment and Entrepreneurship:Consensus and Difference of College Students and Employers Based on Two Nationwide Survey Data

培养技能、促进就业、鼓励创业已经成为保证当前我国经济增长和社会稳定的重要国策。大多数研究关注的是大学生的学业、就业和创业观,却很少有从雇主的角度出发审视研究这一问题,更不用说将大学生—雇主放到同一个分析框架中。通过使用2套全国性抽样调查数据,对劳资双方的学业观、就业观和创业观进行了比较分析。对于大学教育,雇主比大学生持有更加批判的态度;但雇主相对于大学生更加认同创业的冒险精神。这些分析结果对于大学生就业创业、雇主的人力资源政策以及高等教育改革都具有一定的启发意义。

It has been a national policy in China to encourage entrepreneurship and ensure employment for college students and its basis in study. Most exiting researches focus on study,employment,and entrepreneurship of college students,but few discuss these issues from the perspective of employers. It is even rarer to put college student / graduates and employers into one framework. Based on two nationwide survey data,this article compares views of study,employment,entrepreneurship of college students /graduates and employers. We find that employers are more critical to college education than students,while they are more sympathetic to entrepreneurship. We also discuss policy implication of our research in the end.
