Prospect technology of producing light ceramsite by using sludge

污泥是一种有害的工业废弃物,目前的污泥处理处置技术路线都各有利弊,尚无一种成本低、速度快、占地面积小、在减量化、无害化、资源化方面都具有优势的处置技术。围绕我国污泥处理处置现状、利用污泥制造陶粒技术的研发历程、污泥陶粒的生产现状等方面展开论述,提出利用污泥生产陶粒要加强生产过程的技术控制,达到生产过程无害、无污染,就能真正做到资源化、无害化处置和利用。

Sludge is a harmful industrial waste, the current sludge treatment and disposal technology routes havetheir own advantages and disadvantages, there is no one kind of disposal technology which has the advantages in as-pects of low cost, fast, small footprint, in the reduction, harmless and resource based. This paper discusses the pres-ent situation of sludge treatment and disposal in China, the research and development course to producing ceramsiteby using sludge, and the production status of sludge ceramsite, and puts forward the technical control of productionprocess by sludge production, and the production process achieves harmless and no pollution, resource-based, harm-less disposal and application.
