复合土工膜在高土石坝中的应用及施工质量控制 被引量:16

摘要 复合土工膜在我国水利水电工程中的应用目前主要还集中于渠道、低土石坝、施工围堰、病险水库渗漏治理等领域,在高土石坝中应用较少。结合复合土工膜在泸定水电站高土石坝中的应用,从复合土工膜焊接工艺、铺设施工及质量控制和焊缝质量检测等几个方面,分析总结了复合土工膜在高土石坝中的质量控制要点,提出了土工布缝合、土工膜焊接、复合土工膜与灌浆廊道混凝土墙体连接的具体施工工艺及检测方法。本研究成果可为今后复合土工膜在类似工程中的应用及质量控制提供借鉴和参考。 The application of composite geomembrane in water conservancy and hydropower engineering in China is mainly concentrated in fields such as channel,low dam,cofferdam,and dam seepage control,but rarely in high earth rockfill dam. With the application of composite geomembrane in the high earth rockfill dam of Luding hydropower station as a research background,we summarized some key points of quality control for composite geomembrane in terms of welding test,laying construction,quality control and welding quality inspection. We also proposed some specific construction techniques and detection methods for the suture of geotextile,welding of geomembrane,and the connection between geomembrane and concrete in grouting gallery. This research provides reference for the application and quality control of composite geomembrane in similar engineering.
