摘要 煤与瓦斯突出的防治是矿井安全管理的重要内容之一,对煤与瓦斯突出危险性进行安全分析,对煤矿的安全管理具有重要意义。采用层次分析法对煤与瓦斯突出进行安全分析,通过事故树找到指标层中各影响因素,从而提高层次分析法对事件分析的准确性和有效性。分析结果表明:事故树-层次分析法,可定量的分析各影响因素对煤与瓦斯突出事件的影响大小,对煤与瓦斯突出防治措施的制定有一定的指导作用。 It is one of the most important contents of mine safety management for the prevention of coal and gas outburst,thus,It is of great significance in mine safety management to analyze the risk of coal and gas outburst in coal mine. In here to adopting AHP(analytic hierarchy process) to analyze the safety of coal and gas outburst,but the fault tree analysis is introduced before analyzing the safety of coal and gas outburst,we can find out the influencing factors in the indicator evaluation through fault tree analysis,and consequently the accuracy and validity for event analysis are improved. The analysis results show that:the fault tree-analytic hierarchy process,which can do a quantitative analysis of the influence factors to coal and gas outburst events,have a certain guiding role in the prevention of coal and gas outburst.
