高等教育统计中增加“图书馆员”统计指标的考量

高等教育统计工作具有国家层面的权威性,能够客观地反映学校的办学实力和水平。高等教育统计中涉及图书馆的单独统计指标仅有建筑面积、藏书数量和数字资源量,对图书馆员的统计则隐含在教辅人员之中。由于图书馆组织系统拥有场地资源、信息资源、人力资源三个必要构件,因此在高等教育统计中增加"图书馆员"统计指标有着十分重要意义,"图书馆员"统计指标具有非常强的可操作性。
