Australian National Library formulated and issued Corporate Plan 2015- 2019. The plan mainly includes strategic priorities, aspiration, environment, action strategy, capability, risk control and management, etc. The plan indicates that the library will encourage and participant in the creation of knowledge, and puts forward three strategic priorities including building the nation＇s memory; ensuring access; leading, cooperating, connecting and exceeding. On this basis, it sets up a series of action strategies in order to ensure the implementation of the plan .The Corporate Plan 2015-2019 provides reference for domestic libraries.
