我国图书馆移动服务研究热点与趋势

Focuses and Trends of Domestic Research on Library Mobile Service

论文采用定量与定性相结合的研究方法,对我国图书馆移动服务研究热点及趋势进行分析与展望,以中国知网(CNKI)为数据源,采用词频统计和共词分析法对研究主题进行分析。在定量分析基础之上,提出了图书馆移动服务要素模型,结合相关文献从图书馆移动服务研究、服务途径、服务理念、用户、应用技术等方面概述与探讨了该领域的研究现状及趋势。

A sequential mixed method of quantitative and qualitative research is applied in this paper to identify the hotspots and trend of domestic research on library mobile service. Word frequency statistics and co-word analysis are used to analyze the data downloaded from CNKI. Then, an element model of library mobile service is presented on the basis of quantitative research, and the current situation and trend of the research on the field of library mobile service is discussed from the aspects of libraries, serving approaches, library service ideas, library users, and applied technologies based on relateddocuments.
