摘要
针对某款车的1.4TSI发动机进行实验教学系统设计,内容包括实验台架设计、台架面板电路图设计和传感器的布置匹配。基于该装置可进行系统结构认知、模拟演示系统的控制策略和传感器波形分析,进行系统动态数据流分析及综合故障诊断等内容,同时针对现存实验台的功能及设计方案进行针对性研究,总结不足之处,以对新实验台设计方案进行优化,使其在功能上更加全面,进一步提升教学效果。该装置适用于院校的专业一体化课程、企业培训及相关专业的实验课程。
For the 1. 4TS1 engine of a car for the experimental teaching system design,the content in-cludes the design of the experimental bench,bench panel and sensor layout matching circuit diagram design. Based on cognitive structure, this device can be carried out system simulation demo system control strategy, sensor waveform analysis, fault diagnosis system dynamic data flow analysis and com-prehensive content such a s, at the same time on the function and design scheme of the existing test bench targeted research, summarizes the shortcomings, to optimize the design of a new test bench, make it more comprehensive on the function,further enhance the teaching effect. The device is suitable for the professional integration of the colleges and universities curriculum,corporate training and relat-ed professional experiment course.
