3-丁酮酸乙酯制备是经典的有机化学实验,涉及到强还原剂金属钠(Na)的使用、减压蒸馏等重要的实验操作。学生在教师的指导下能够顺利地完成该项目,但是对具体的操作细节理解不够。详细地分析了3-丁酮酸乙酯制备实验的合成原理和操作步骤,并且重点介绍实验过程中金属钠的使用方式、酸洗操作、减压蒸馏的操作要求,以及相关的改进方法。学生可以根据本文所提供的信息,结合具体的实验情况对有机合成有更好的理解,进一步掌握化学实验的操作规范,提高个人的实验水平。
The synthesis of acetylacetic ether is a classic organic experiment,and it involves some im-portant experimental practice,including the usage of strong reducing agent (Na) and reduced pressure distillation. Students can successfully complete the project under the guidance of the teachers, howev-er, they cannot understand the details of the operations. This paper presents the synthesis principle and operation procedure of acetylacetic ether in detail,and focus on the use of metal Na,pickling operation and the operation requirements for reduced pressure distillation during experiments. Based on the infor-mation provided by this paper and combined with specific experimental conditions,students have a bet-ter understanding of organic synthesis,further master the operation rules of chemical experiments,and improve personal experimental skills.
