摘要
生物信息专业实践教学是以计算机为载体,收集海量生物数据和生命信息,培养学生综合利用数学、物理和生物等学科的基本原理和生物信息学方法对生命信息收集、加工、储存、传播、分析与解析的能力,进一步巩固理论知识,提高独立思考和解决问题的能力。根据生物信息专业人才培养目标,以培养学生创新能力与实践能力为核心,阐述了如何建立培养可持续发展人才的生物信息专业实践教学体系。实践证明建立高水平的实践教学体系,对深化教学体系的改革起到了良好的示范作用。
Bioinformatics practice teaching is to deal with the actual needs of mass biological data pro-cessing and analysis,to cultivate students’ comprehensive use of bioinformatics knowledge and meth-ods of biological information extraction, storage, processing, analysis, improve students ’ ability to solve problems and independent thinking,comprehensive analysis. According to the training target of the students ’ creative ability and practical ability,the paper comprehensively expounds how to build a practical teaching system for the cultivation of the sustainable development of bioinformatics. Practice has proved that to build a high level of the professional practice teaching system for bioinformatics has played a good role model on the reform of the professional practice teaching system for bioinformatics.
