摘要
以自行车的零件滚珠为研究对象,结合循环热处理为例,在研究问题的提出、实验方案制定、实验结果分析等方面探讨了实物型综合性实验教学的设计与实验研究思路。以日常生活中使用的金属材料用品的实物型综合性实验项目激发了学生的研究兴趣,通过系统的实验研究过程,培养了学生的思考能力、动手能力、设备操作能力及整体的科研能力和综合能力,并为一部分优秀拔尖学生的创新思维打开空间,不同研究深度的学生都会有不同程度的收获。
The design of comprehensive experimental teaching was discussed based on the example of cyclic heat treatment for bicycle parts. The experimental methods were introduced in putting forward re-search questions,developing experimental programs and analyzing experimental results. The real objec-tives were used in the comprehensive experiments,which could motivate the attention of the students.The systematic process of experimental research may cultivate the ability of thinking and operation,as well as the compressive research abilities. By using the real objectives in comprehensive experimental teaching,the top students improve their innovation,and all the students gain in different levels.
