以提高实践能力为导向的铸造实践教学改革

摘要 分析了当前我国铸造行业发展人才能力需求,结合应用型本科院校实训教学的实际教学情况,探讨了以提高工程实践能力为导向的铸造实践教学的改革,强化大工程意识的工程实践、工程创新和职业能力培养。深化教育教学改革,推行教师设主题(命题)式生产教学方法,促使学生结合所学知识对主题零件进行铸造工艺创新设计、模样制造、型腔造型、浇注、落砂、清理、检验等一系列过程,从而培养学生的工程实践能力,以适应铸造行业的高级应用型人才。 Analysis the current development of our foundry industry talent demand and combining with the actual teaching situation of practical teaching in application oriented universities,we discussed the reform of teaching practice of improving the practical ability of engineering practice. Strengthened the engineering practice,the engineering innovation,and the training of the professional ability of the great engineering consciousness. Deepening the reform of education and teaching, promoting the teaching methods of setting up thematic production,urge students to combine the knowledge of innovative design theme parts casting,mould manufacture,cavity molding, casting, sand, cleaning, inspection,and a series of process, so as to cultivate students’ engineering practice ability, in order to adapt to the foundry industry of senior applied talents.
