摘要
通过对高校工科实验技术人员的岗位特性和职责的分析,展示了实验技术队伍在高校教学中的不可替代的作用。而实验室建设中的"重硬轻软",导致目前实验技术队伍中存在结构失衡、职责不清、待遇偏低、队伍不稳定等问题,已严重制约了实验室的建设和发展,并进而对学校整体教学水平产生影响。对此针对性地提出通过三方努力加快实验技术队伍的建设:学校健全管理体制,调整发展规划和政策导向;学院进行人员调配,细化管理制度,制定科学的绩效考评机制;实验技术人员个人加强自身修养和素质建设,不断提高专业技术水平。
Through the analysis of the job features and functions of the experiment technical staffs, this paper shows the irreplaceable function of the experimental technology team in the university teach-ing. And that to pay more attention to “ hardware” and to depreciate “ software” in the laboratory con-struction have lead to unbalance in the team structure,not clear in responsibility,lower in income and not steady in experimental teaching team. These conditions have seriously restricted the construction and development of laboratory,and thus have an impact on the education level of the whole school. This paper puts forward the construction of the experimental technology teaching team by three parties : the university should complete the management system and adjust the development planning and policy guidance; the school should allocate personnel, detail the management institution and constitute the scientific performance evaluation mechanism; the experimental technical personnel should strengthen their own self-cultivation, and constantly improve self-quality and the professional technical level.
