校企共建实验室安全管理的研究

Safe management of co-constructed laboratory by school-enterprise cooperation

目前,由于高校与企业对科研和创新能力的要求在不断地提高,高校和企业在需求互补前提下,成立了校企共建实验室的全新科研模式,共建模式有以教学培训为基础的合作模式、以学校为主导的模式和以企业为主导的模式等。但是,因为高校实验室在发展中由于资源短缺,致使以企业为主导的共建模式成为主要形式。校企共建实验室的安全管理工作又区别于高校实验室的单一性,使校企共建实验室的安全管理复杂化,并存在安全上的不稳定性。通过对校企共建实验室的工作进行安全管理,对其存在问题进行分析,对实验室潜在安全隐患提出改进措施,保证校企合作期间的生产安全正常有序地进行。

Due to the requirement of scientific research and innovation ability that is need by universi-ty and enterprise is improving at present. Under the premise of demand complementary, universities and enterprises set up the laboratory with the new scientific research mode, and build the model is based on the teaching and training,and dominated by the school and in the enterprise a dominant pat-tern. However,because of the shortage of resources, and the laboratory in colleges and universities which is dominated by enterprises to build as a main form. On account of the laboratory is different a-bout managing safety between co-construction laboratory and colleges,which have oneness in the labo-ratory from college. This article that analyze safety managing in co-construction laboratory,and to the potential security problems putting forward reasonable suggestions,and ensure the management safety of co-construction laboratory during the period of cooperation.
