多种骨质疏松症简易筛查工具在脑卒中患者中的应用价值

Application Value of Variety Simple Screening Tools for Osteoporosis in Stroke Patients

目的探讨多种骨质疏松症简易筛查工具在脑卒中患者中的应用价值。方法于2015年,选取上海市杨浦区殷行社区卫生服务中心病房脑卒中患者120例为脑卒中组,及门诊非脑卒中患者120例为非脑卒中组。两组患者分別使用国际骨质疏松症基金会(10M)骨质疏松症1 min测试题法、骨质疏松自我筛查工具(OSTA)法、放射吸收(RA)法进行骨质疏松筛查。比较两组患者不同方法筛查阳性率、上级转诊率及随访骨折发生率。结果两组患者IOM骨质疏松症1 min测试题法筛查阳性率间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);脑卒中组患者OSTA法、RA法筛查阳性率及上级转诊率高于非脑卒中组(P<0.05)。;脑卒中组患者10M骨质疏松症1 min测试题法随访骨折发生率高于非脑卒中组(P<0.05);两组患者OSTA法、RA法随访骨折发生率间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论尽管骨质疏松症已被广泛重视,但是社区脑卒中患者由于肢体活动不便、日光照射较少,更易骨质疏松而导致骨折。因此,推广骨质疏松症简易筛查工具在脑卒中患者中的应用尤为重要。

Objective To explore the application value of variety simple screening tools for osteoporosis in stroke patients. Methods In 2015 , 120 ward stroke patients in Yinhang Community Health Service Center of Yangpu District in Shanghai were selected as stroke group and 120 non - stroke patients as non - stroke group. International Osteoporosis Foundation （IOM） osteoporosis test questions one minute method, osteoporosis self - Assessment tool for Asian （ OSTA） and radiographic absorptiometry （RA） was used to screen osteoporosis. Screening positive rate, superior referral rate and follow - up fracture incidence of different methods were compared between two groups. Results No statistically significant differences of screening positive rate of IOM osteoporosis test questions one minute method was found between the two groups （ P 〉 0. 05 ） , while screening positive rate of OSTA and RA, and superior referral rate of stroke group were statistically significantly higher than those of non - stroke group （P 〈0. 05）. Follow - up fracture incidence of IOM osteoporosis test questions one minute method of stroke group were statistically significantly higher than those of non - stroke group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） , while no statistically significant differences of follow - up fracture incidence of OSTA or RA was found between the two groups （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Although osteoporosis has been widespread attention, the community stroke patients have more osteoporosisr fractures due to the inconvenience of physical activity and less sunlight. The promotion of osteoporosis simple screening tool for application in stroke patients is particularly important.
