重组人表皮生长因子联合重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子治疗老年复发性口腔溃疡疗效观察

Clinical Efficacy of Recombinant Human Epidermal Growth Factor Combined with Recombinant Bovine Basic Fibroblast Growth Factor Treatment of Elderly Recurrent Oral Ulce

目的探讨重组人表皮生长因子(rhEGF)联合重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)治疗老年复发性口腔渍疡的疗效。方法选择2013—2015年在上海市奉贤区中心医院与上海复旦大学附属中山医院口腔科明确诊断为复发性口腔渍疡的老年患者187例,采用随机数字表法分为4组,A组:渍疡处涂抹rhEGF凝胶;B组:渍疡处bFGF喷雾;C组:渍疡处rhEGF凝胶联合bFGF喷雾治疗;D组:渍疡处涂抹2%碘甘油。均治疗2周,观察4组患者的总有效率。结果4组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);其中C组总有效率高于其他各组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 rhEGF凝胶联合bFGF喷雾治疗老年复发性口腔渍疡,能明显缓解临床症状,促进创面的愈合,临床疗效显著,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of recombinant human epidermal growth factor （ rhEGF） combined with recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor （ bFGF） treatment of elderly recurrent oral ulce. Methods 187 cases of elderly recurrent oral ulcer in Shanghai Fengxian Central Hospital and Zhongshan Hospital of Fudan University from 2013 to 2015 were collected, these patients were divided into four groups according to the random number table, group A canker sore daub rhEGF gel; group B ： ulcer bFGF spray; group C ： rhEGF gel jo in t bFGF spray treatment; group D ： 2% iodine glycerin ulcer local daub. All patients were treated for 2 weeks, the clinical efficacy was observed. Results The difference of total effective rate among four groups was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05）. The total effective rate in group C was higher than that in the other three groups, the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0. 01）. Conclusion rhEGF combined with bFGF treatment of elderly recurrent oral ulcer, can obviously relieve the clinical symptoms, promote the healing of wounds, clinical curative effect is distinct, is worthy of popularization and application.
