白介素6、白介素10及白介素18在急性冠脉综合征患者中的表达及其临床意义

Expression of IL-6,IL-10,IL-18 on Acute Coronary Syndrome and the Clinical Significance

目的探讨白介素6(IL-6)、白介素10(IL-IO)及白介素18(IL-18)在急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者中的表达及其临床意义。方法选取上海市新华医院2013年11月—2014年11月收治的ACS患者45例为ACS组,另选取同期健康体检人员51例为对照组。检测并比较两组患者的炎性细胞因子(IL-6、IL-10、IL-18)水平。结果ACS组患者血清IL-6、IL-18水平高于对照组,血清IL-10水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论IL-6、IL-10、IL-18共同参与ACS的发生、发展,调整炎性细胞因子的释放利于减轻或阻止ACS的发生发展,改善预后。

Objective To observe the expression of IL - 6 , IL - 10, IL - 18 on acute coronary syndrome （ACS） and the clinical significance. Methods A total of 45 cases of ACS patients were selected from November 2013 to November 2014 in Xin Hua Hospital Affiated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine as ACS group, 51 cases of healthy people were selected as control group. The IL - 6, IL - 10, IL-18 were detected and compared between the two groups. Results ACS group of IL - 6 ,IL-18 level were higher than control group, IL - 10 level was lower than control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion IL -6, IL - 10, IL-18 may take part in the occurance and development of ACS, detecting and adjusting the release of inflammatory cytokines may make for reducing or preventing the occurrence of ACS, and improve the prognosis.
