基于文献分析的全科医生综合能力评价指标体系构建研究

Construction of Comprehensive Ability Evaluation Index System of General Practitioners Based on the Literature Analysis

目的探讨全科医生综合能力评价指标体系的构建现状。方法系统检索中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、中国知网中与全科医生能力评价有关的文献。收集各文献的研究对象、研究内容、研究方法及应用结果,并采用层次分析法进行分析。结果共纳入合格文献8篇,研究内容多涉及全科医生的临床能力、师资能力、沟通能力及社区服务能力评价;研究方法以文献归纳分析法、问卷调查法、专家咨询法、层次分析法、统计学方法为主,部分研究可见对评价指标的一致性检验;主要为构建层面的研究,实地调查研究较少,且存在样本量较小的问题。结论全科医生综合能力评价指标体系构建逐渐完善,但评价内容不够全面,部分研究指标构建步骤不全。

Objective To explore the current situation of the construction of comprehensive ability evaluation index system of general practitioner. Methods literature relevant to evaluation of the ability of general practitioners was searched systematically in CBM and CNKI. The objects, contents, methods and application results of the literatures were collected and analyzed by using the analytic hierarchy process. Results Finally, eight qualified studies were included. The research contents is related to the clinical ability, teachersr ability, communication ability and community service ability evaluation. Research method are literature review, questionnaire survey, expert consultation, analytic hierarchy process and statistical method, part of the literature has the consistency test of evaluation indicators. The included literatures mainly stays at the construction level, the field survey is less, and there is a small sample size problem. Conclusion Comprehensive ability evaluation index system of general practitioners is gradually improved, but the content is not comprehensive enough, some of the research indicators are incomplete.
