社区卫生服务中心与养老院医养结合模式探索

Exploration of the Medical Combination Mode of the Community Hospitals and Nursing Home

目的探讨社区卫生服务中心与养老院医养的发展模式。方法2014年9月—2016年8月无锡市江溪街道社区卫生服务中心和南山慈善家园实行医养结合,对入住南山慈善家园的人员及其亲属进行问卷调查,其中有效问卷182份,通过满意度调查表分析目前医养结合存在的不足,并比较近3年外出就医的转诊率。结果入住人员及家属对医养结合模式一般满意,医疗康复不太满意率为49%和护理服务不太满意率为43%。2014年9月—2015年8月、2015年9月—2016年8月转诊率低于2013年9月—2014年8月,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医养结合模式可提高养老服务水平,减少入住人员外出就医需求,减轻家庭负担,推进分级诊疗的发展。

Objective ： To observe the medical combination mode of the community hospitals and nursing home. Methods From September 2014 to August 2016, medical combination mode was carried out in Wuxi New River Street Community Health Service Center and Nanshan Charity Homes, and interviewed patients and their families in Nanshan Charity Homes by questionnaire, 182 questionnaires were valid. Analysized shortcomings of medical combination mode nowadays according to satisfaction survey, and compared the going out for medical treatment referral rates in recent 3 years. Results The patients and their families were generally satisfy with medical combination mode, less satisfaction of medical rehabilitation and nursing services were 49% , 43% . The referral rates from September 2014 to August 2015 , September 2015 to August 2016 were lower than the time from September 2013 to August 2014 （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Medical combination mode can improve the level of pension service, reduce the demand for medical staff out of hospital, reduce family burden, and promote the development of grading clinics.
