无缝学习模式在全科医学教育中的应用与思考 被引量:1

摘要 为保障基本医疗服务和健康保健、满足社会对全科医师的需要,提高全科医师整体素质,全科医学教育成为全科医师培养的重中之重。随着计算机、互联网等技术在医学教育中的应用,无缝学习模式使全科医学教育打破了传统医学教育中时间、地点和学习方法的限制,从局限于课堂及临床的学习方式到集体学习、个人学习、正式学习和非正式学习。这一学习模式成为现代临床教育的同时,也是全科医学教育的新趋势。 In order to ensure the basic medicine service and the health care,fulfill the demand that the whole society claim for the general practitioners, and enhance the quality of general practitioners, general practice education may become the most significant point of general practitioners training. With the application of computers, the internet and the other technologies in medical education, seamless learning model has broken the limit of general medicine, especially the limitation in which the aspect of time, place and the method of study, from confounding to the classroom and clinical study to collective learning and individual learning, to formal learning and informal learning. This learning model has also become modern clinical education as the same time as becoming a new trend of general medicine education.
