摘要
目的分析参加首届急诊急救专科护士培训1年后学员的工作感受,反映新疆建设兵团地区开展急诊急救专科护士培训的效果。方法对兵团18名参加首届急诊急救专科护士培训的学员进行半结构式访谈,使用现象学的分析方法及NVivo 10.0中文版软件辅助分析资料。结果首届急诊急救专科护士培训学员的工作感受可归纳为3个维度,各维度间编码权重不同。其中"临床护理"编码参考点170个,占46.45%,表现为培训后临床实践能力进一步提高、理论知识更加扎实、自我效力感增加3个方面"组织影响"编码参考点141个,占38.52%,表现为专科培训对学员教学能力、管理能力提高有促进作用,学员与组织的应答中存在两面性"教学境脉"编码参考点55个,占15.03%,在来自不同级别医院的学员中表现出一定的教学分离现象。结论兵团首届急诊急救专科护士培训效果显著,有助于提高护士的护理能力,提升自身价值感,丰富职业角色。专科护士培训模式还需结合医院等级及实际需要进行学科调整。应重视专科护士的合理使用与规范化管理。
Objective This research is to study the effect of specialized training of first aid and emergency care which launched in Xinjiang Production & Construction Corps ( XPCC) , the data is based on the work experience of the nurses who attended the first session of First Aid and Emergency Care Specialized Training a year ago. Methods A semi - structured interview was conducted on 18 nurses who attended the first session of First Aid and Emergency Care Specialized Training, the phenomenological analysis methods and NVivo 10. 0 software were used to analyze the data. Results The work experience of the nurses can be concluded into 3 dimensions, each dimension is different in the weighted analysis. Which are 170 referable points of coding in " elinical nursing" , represents 46. 45 percents of the total, characterized by higher clinical practical ability, more solid theoretical knowledge and better self - assessment after training ; 141 referable points of coding in " influence of organization" , represents 38.52 percents of total, characterized by improved learning ability and management ability after specialized training, but bipolarity has occurred between the demands of the trainees and the respond of the organization; 55 referable points of coding in " teaching context" , represents 14. 48 percents of the total, characterized by the detachment between teaching and learning in the different levels of the trainees. Conclusion The first session of First Aid and Emergency Care Specialized Training has obtained remarkable effect, this training can improve the ability of nursing and the value of the nurses, Set the foundation for the development in all dimensions of nursing staff, develop better relationship between the nurse and the organization. In order to solve the problems that remained, Manager of the organization can formulate more scientific training mode based on the objective condition of the training and the self - demand of the trainees.
