基于老年人社区照护需求的人才分类培养研究

Study on the Training of Talents Based on the Needs of Community Care of the Aged

随着老年人对社区照护需求的增加,与日趋多样化的老年人照护服务发展,老年人照护服务人才的相关知识、能力、素质均有待提升,完善的人才队伍是提高老年人照护服务水平的基础。照护者所需的知识与技能由其为老年人提供的服务内容决定,服务内容是由老年人的实际需求决定的,因此研究需求是人才培养的基础。本文基于老年人的社区照护需求,提出老年人社区照护人才分类培养的对策,为满足老年人多样化的需求提供理论依据。

With the increasing needs of the elderly for community care,and the increasingly diversified development of care services for the elderly, the elderly care service personnel related knowledge, ability, quality are to be improved. And the talent team is the basis of promoting care service level for the elderly. The knowledge and skills needed by the caregiver are determined by the services they provide to the elderly, and the content of the service is determined by the actual needs of the elderly, so demand study is the foundation of the talents training. Based on the needs of community care of the elderly, this paper puts forward the strategies of classification of talent training, and provides the theoretical basis for meeting the diverse needs of the elderly.
