社区慢性病管理中存在的问题与对策

Problems and Countermeasures of Chronic Disease Management in Community

目的分析社区慢性病管理中存在的问题,并提出了相应的解决措施。方法通过对社区慢性病管理工作展开回顾性分析,找出问题并针对问题出现的主要原因提出针对性干预措施。结果通过分析发现,社区慢性病管理中主要存在以下问题:(1)社区居民健康意识薄弱,对慢性病的认知不足;(2)社区卫生服务机构人员不足;(3)社区卫生服务人员的专业素质低;(4)社区卫生服务机构资金不足,缺乏现代医疗设备。对应措施为:(1)加强健康宣教力度,提高居民对慢性病的认知;(2)建立完善的社区卫生服务机构;(3)加强社区卫生服务人员的专业素质培训;(4)政府要加大对社区卫生服务机构的资金投入。结论通过分析社区慢性病管理中存在的问题,提出相应的解决措施,有助于提高社区居民医疗服务质量。

Objective To analyze the problems existing in the management of community chronic disease, and put forward the corresponding solving measures. Methods Chronic disease management in community was retrospectively analyzed. The problems were found and targeted interventions were proposed for the main reason. Results The results showed that the following problems was mainly existed in the community chronic disease management： （1） weak of community residents health awareness, lack of awareness of chronic disease; （2） lack of staff in community health service institutions; （ 3 ） the low personnel profession quality of the community health service staff; （4） lack of funds in community health service institutions, lack of modern medical equipment. Corresponding measures included ： （1） strengthening the health education efforts, improving chronic disease cognition of the residents ; （ 2 ） establishing perfect community medical institutions ; （ 3 ） strengthening professional quality training of community health service staff; （4） increasing funding for community health service institutions by government. Conclusion By the analysis of the problems existing in the management of community chronic disease, corresponding solving measures are put forward, which is helpful to improve the quality of medical service for community residents.
