西药联合中药治疗冠心病型心力衰竭的疗效观察

Clinical Observation on Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease with Heart Failure by Integrative Chinese and Western Medicine

目的探讨自拟的护心汤结合西药治疗冠心病型心力衰竭的临床效果。方法选取包头市第四医院2013年6月—2015年6月收治的冠心病型心力衰竭患者68例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为西药组和观察组,每组34例。西药组接受常规西药治疗,观察组在常规西药治疗的同时,加用自拟的护心汤治疗。8周后,观察两组患者临床疗效。结果观察组显效23例,有效9例,无效2例,总有效率为94.1%;西药组显效16例,有效11例,无效7例,总有效率为79.4%。观察组总有效率高于西药组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药护心汤结合西药治疗冠心病型心力衰竭疗效优于单纯西药治疗,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of self - made Huxin decoction combined with western medicine in treating coronary heart disease with heart failure. Methods 68 patients with coronary heart disease with heart failure of the Fourth Hospital of Baotou from June 2013 to June 2015 were selected. The patients were divided into western medicine group and observation group by random number table method, 34 cases in each group. Western medicine group received conventional western medicine treatment, observation group received conventional western medicine treatment and self - made Huxin decoction treatment. After 8 weeks, the clinical curative effect of the two groups was observed. Results In the observation group, 23 cases were effective, 9 cases were effective and 2 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 94. 1 % ; in the western medicine group, 16 cases were effective, 11 cases were effective, 7 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 79. 4% . The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the western medicine group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The curative effect of Chinese Huxin decoction combined with western medicine in treating coronary heart disease with heart failure is better than single western medicine, and it is worthy to be popularized and applied in clinic.
