蝉衣合剂加减治疗风咳的临床疗效观察

Clinical Effect of Chanyiheji Addition and Subtraction on Wind-cough

目的观察蝉衣合剂加减治疗风咳的临床疗效。方法选取2014年1月—2015年10月在余姚市中医医院中医内科就诊的风咳患者150例,根据随机数字表法分为观察组(n=78)和对照组(n=72)。对照组患者给予复方甲氧那明治疗,观察组患者给予蝉衣合剂加减治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组的临床疗效优于对照组(u=5.37,P<0.05)。结论蝉衣合剂加减治疗风咳疗效的较好。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of chanyiheji addition and subtraction on wind - cough. Methods A total of 150 patients with wind - cough were selected in Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Yuyao Traditinoal Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2014 to October 2015 , and they were divided into observation group （n = 78 ） and control group {n -12） according to random number table. Patients of control group were treated with compound methoxy naming, while patients of observation group were treated with chanyiheji addition and subtraction. Clinical effect was compared between the two groups. Results Clinical effect of observation group was statistically significantly better than that of control group （u = 5.31, P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Chanyiheji addition and subtraction on wind - cough has a better efficacy.
