磷酸铵镁水泥修补材料修补性能研究 被引量:6

摘要 利用磷酸铵镁水泥对普通硅酸盐水泥砂浆进行修补,并设计试验研究了其修补性能。结果表明,磷酸铵镁水泥修补材料的强度较好,28 d抗压强度可达77.5 MPa;磷酸铵镁水泥修补材料与旧有普通硅酸盐水泥砂浆的粘结性能良好,较小的M/P比值有利于早期粘结性能的提升;磷酸铵镁水泥修补处的抗渗水性较好,减小M/P比值或增大水胶比会降低抗渗水性。 Portland cement mortar was repaired by magnesium ammonium phosphate cement( MAPC).The repair performance of MAPC was studied by designed test. The results show that the strength of MAPC repair material is good,and the 28 d compressive strength can reach 77. 5 MPa. The bond performance between MAPC repair material and the old ordinary portland cement mortar is good. The smaller M / P ratio is beneficial to the improvement of early bond performance. Repair division of MAPC have excellent anti-permeability performances. Decreasing the ratio of M / P or increasing the ratio of water to cement reduces the anti-permeability.
