成都市成华区2012-2015年居民主要死因及潜在寿命损失分析 被引量:1

摘要 [目的]分析成都市成华区居民病伤死亡原因数据资料,掌握辖区内居民死因状况及特征,为成华区疾病预防控制工作提供科学依据。[方法]按照ICD-10对死因进行编码、汇总,并采用《死因监测数据清洗与分析软件》进行分析,计算死亡率、构成比及潜在减寿年数等数据。[结果]2012-2015年,成华区居民死因顺位前五位依次是恶性肿瘤(36.11%)、呼吸系统疾病(24.42%)、心脏病(13.12%)、脑血管病(12.13%)、内分泌等病(4.15%)。不同性别及年龄组间死因顺位不同,其中儿童死因第一位为起源于围生期的疾病,青壮年人群、中年人群及老年人群死因第一顺位均为恶性肿瘤。恶性肿瘤、损伤中毒的PYLL最大。与2012年比,2015年成华区男、女全死因PYLL%均下降,但对于女性而言,消化系统疾病和损伤、中毒PYLL%上升。[结论]恶性肿瘤、呼吸系统疾病、心脏病、脑血管病是成华区居民死亡的主要原因;各个年龄段人群死因特征存在较大差异;主要死因顺位与其PYLL排序不同;应根据不同年龄的死亡疾病谱特征,有针对性地开展疾病防治工作。 Objectiyes To analyze the date of residents' main death cause in Chenghua district Chengdu city, master the situation and character-istics of death cause, so as to provide scientific basis for disease prevention and control in Chenghua district. Methods The cause of death was encoded and summarized according to ICD -10,and “death surveillance data cleaning and analysis software” was used to analyze and calculate mortality, proportions, potential years of life lost and other data. Results From 2012 to 2015, top five causes of death of the residents in Cheng-hua were malignant tumors (36. 11%) , respiratory diseases (24. 42% ) , heart disease (13. 12% ) , cerebrovascular disease (12. 13% ) and endocrine disease (4. 15% ) . Different genders and age groups had different death causes. The first death cause of children originated from perinatal period. The first death cause of youth, middle - aged and old group was malignant tumor. PYLL of malignant tumor and damage poison is the largest. Compared with in 2012, death cause PYLL% of male and female was reduced in 2015. But PYLL% of digestive system disease and damagef poison to female was rising up. Conclusions Malignant tumor, respiratory system disease, heart disease and cerebrovascular dis-ease are main death cause of the residents in Chenghua district There is a big difference of death causes among different age groups. Main cause of death sort differed from those PYLL sort The work of disease prevention and control should be based on characteristics of disease spectrum of different ages.
